According  to what i have understood majority  of the people don’t succeed in achieving their goal because they don’t have a strong  enough reason to change .They don’t have a stronger reason that can make them stick to the goal. When people come to me with the intent ion to lose weight, the first question I ask is:”why?

I have lost 33 Kgs in one year with exercise and healthy eating(without pills, surgery or crash dieting).I am often asked, “How did you stay motivated throughout your journey and how do you maintain your weight? what keeps you going ?”My answer is:”My standards”, I don’t accept anything below than what i have decided for myself.

I strongly believe that each of us has a super hero within, what we need is to raise the standards of what we except from ourselves and strive to exceed it. If you don’t set the minimum standards of the quality of your life .you might settle for a mediocre life.

Look at your physical body. Your physical body today is a reflection of only one thing. not your goals, not your desires. but your “standards”. Your physical body today is a reflection of the identity that you have created for yourself.

  1. STAY IN AN INSPIRING ENVIRONMENT:

Surrounding yourself with positive people. People who are hopeful and positive and resourceful and enlightening is bound to change your life perspective. Don’t surround yourself with negative people who discourage you. Stay away from “social terrorists”

Fitness is so much more than just diet and exercise. It’s a catalyst for positive change .No fitness programme prepares you to deal with the emotional and psychological stress of losing weight your body transformation is not just a physical process: Its a mind game.
