8 Mistakes That You Do Not Aware While Wearing Your Undergarment:

Mistake #1 – *While Sleeping*


Are you aware….that you should not wear your undergarment while sleeping ? Most probably we do not know, Every people use their undergarment all the time. This will easily obtain the effect of Bacteria or Fungus diseases and your private part (ie.,birth giving parts) will affect by bacteria and causes itching, feeling uncomfortable, skin burst and so on.

To Avoid By.., 

  • You should not wear your panties while sleeping. Just remove it out and have a good sleep.
  • Use only non-tightened pantie or wear a long T-shirt on sleeping.
  • Also do not wear bra, rather use jersey to make free of your breast.

Mistake #2 – *Fabric Material Wash*


Every people should like to be in clean and safe methods to ensure healthy. So everyone will wash their undergarment deeply and toughly. They do not know what type of material are using and how to make a wash.

To Avoid By..,

If you are using Fabric material do not wash toughly, just left in water and rub with your hands is more enough. Because this type of material is good and soft, when you are using this you will feel comfortable. And this of garment is highly recommended.

Mistake #3 – *Type of Material*


Most of the people will prefer Nylon type material which causes severe problems on your skin. Nylon is silky and smoothly type, it will cause your skin tore while walking in the hot sun. Do not absorb your sweat so that it will remain in your private parts causing diseases.

To Avoid By..,

  • Use only Cotton material, It will not affect your part and feels comfortable.
  • For Men prefer only V-Shaped Cotton Pantie, It will make healthy on your birth giving part.
  • For Women, It will not cause any problem on your part’s outer skin.

Mistake #4 – *Long Usage of Pantie*


We do not know how many days we have to use our undergarment. If we use branded garment we use even for years and most people will use often and will not change at all. You should not have an idea of about that the garment should change unless it is tore or loosen its elastics. This will cause diseases on your part because we are using often and often sometimes the bacteria will stay longer even if you washed twice.

To Avoid By..,

  • If branded or non-branded use only for maximum of Six Months and if you are using twice or thrice in a week, Please change within 3 – 4 months. 
  • Change on time even it seems good to use or have not tore.

Mistake #5 – *For Exercisers or Gym workout people*


People will doing exercise or gym workouts. They will wear good clothes for their body but they won’t think about their undergarment, Reason who else will gonna see on that, Mentality of most people. Which means wrong on your assumption. You are doing highly sweating workouts or exercises and your undergarment quickly absorbs and starts itching on it also cause some diseases. If you take bath immediate after workout also, you should change while workouts or exercising.

To Avoid By..,

  • Take two sets of undergarment while exercising or workouts at the gym.
  • Change it frequently once your body is filled with sweat.
  • Make a dry of used garment and work with new garment and vice versa.

Mistake #6 – *Shapewear*


Shape wear is a trending clothes for women to show their body into a perfect shape even they has some fat body. Shape wear’s advantage is that to show off your original body size to reduced fit size. Most of the fatty women would prefer this wear.

Shape wear’s disadvantage is that it restrict the constant blood flow throughout your body because it will tightly stick to your body and always have a feel of pulling it.

To Avoid By..,

  • Do not use this type of wear, If you need a healthy and fitness body.

Mistake #7 – *Size Unawareness*


People do not aware more on about their sizes. They roughly uses the garments size on both bra and pantie, by both Men and Women. You might think it’s not a big deal, but there is a problem arise when your garment size is higher on your size probably you can’t able to wear rather it is low, It will tighten your body’s part and reduce  blood flow and air flow. Cause some problems on your body and health loss.

To Avoid By..,

  • Know your size first by measurement for both Bra and Pantie.
  • Buy exact sizes of your garment and wear it on.

Mistake #8 – *Transparent Clothes*


Most of the women will do this kind of mistakes. They will not wear according to their undergarment and it make others to watch their private parts of their garments. Women’s most likely to wear transparent clothes but not aware of others will watch over on it.

Another reason, If you are using tight undergarments when you are wearing light transparent clothes, Your undergarment will be seen by everyone and it will show the size of it, which is attached to your body.

To Avoid By..,

  • Use appropriate clothes for your undergarments that should not visible by others.
  • Do not use White clothes for Black undergarments.
  • Do not use tight undergarments when you are wearing light transparent clothes.
