Jump/Push/Climb Workout: [J/P/C]

Procedures

Step 1

Initially, Stand in 90 degree erect. Bent your knees and sit in chair position with your hands down to your thighs [A]. Jump up to one or half feet height and raise your both hands up straight to your shoulder don’t bend your hands [B].

Step 2:

After one jump bent your knees and hands down to the ground and stretch your body to take push up. By your hands straight to your shoulder and legs should be stretched straight and take one push up.

Step 3:

Come back to your second step again with your hands and legs touched the ground and climb up a jump with your hands up and come to first position. Do it for 15 reps continuously.
